Affiliate Terms Policies

Jackspania Racing Affiliate Terms and Policy

By signing up as an affiliate with Jackspania Racing, you AGREE to all the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully before proceeding.

1. Prohibited Content and Promotion Methods

  • You must not promote Jackspania Racing using any adult, sexual, prohibited, or drug-related content.

  • Any promotion involving misleading claims, inaccurate product descriptions, or false information is strictly prohibited.

  • Paid advertising (e.g., Google Ads, Facebook Ads, Instagram Ads, or any paid social media ads) is not allowed. All traffic and sales must come through organic means only.

2. Qualified Sales Requirements

  • A sale will only be counted as qualified if:

    • The product has been successfully delivered to the customer.

    • The product is not returned within 15 days after delivery.

  • We hold your commission for 15 days post-delivery to verify that the order is not returned or cancelled.

  • If the product is returned, the commission will be rejected. If not, it will be approved.

3. Payout and Payment Schedule

  • Affiliate payouts are made twice a month via PayPal only.

  • Payment amounts and periods are as follows:

    • To receive a payout, your balance must be a minimum of $100 for the first payout and $15 for the second and all subsequent payouts.

    • 1st to 5th of each month

    • 15th to 20th of each month

4. Fraudulent or Suspicious Activity

  • Any suspicious activity, such as purchasing through your own affiliate link to earn commissions or generating fake sales, is strictly prohibited.

  • If found involved in self-purchases, fake referrals, or fraudulent activity, your entire commission will be rejected immediately, and Jackspania Racing reserves the right to seek damages.

5. Verification and Transparency

  • You must be able to prove your sales channels (e.g., social media pages, websites, blogs) when requested by Jackspania Racing.

  • We may ask for sales channel verification multiple times to ensure everything is in compliance with our standards.

6. Termination and Policy Updates

  • Jackspania Racing reserves the right to terminate your affiliate partnership at any time without prior notice.

  • We may also update these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice. Please review them regularly.

By continuing with your affiliate registration, you confirm that you understand and agree to abide by all of the above terms and conditions.
