This traction bar is made out of pretty good material and seems to be good quality. It weighs about 40 lb and you can get about 30 lb of steel shot into it. I would have made it a little longer to fit more material in. The ad says it could be as high as 110 lb but you would have to melt lead into it and most people don't have the means of doing that. I was able to make mine 95 lb. I made a one and a half inch square tube and catch both is with the other 20 lb of steel shot and welded to the front of it. But I'm trying to put 350 horsepower to the ground in second gear. I like Jack spania and I do have quite a few of his parts on a couple of my cars. My only issue is the ad should be a little more specific about the weight of what this traction bar can be. Technically it can be 110 lb but like I was saying 90% of people heart going to be able to melt lead in to this traction bar
