Great build…

This manifold is well built but it could use a few spots of touching up, the transition on the exit side has some sharp edges in the elbow that would disrupt flow that I’ve taken off already, the flange is also slightly crooked which makes me believe these are not welded in a jig, lastly I bolted a Pulsar 4849G IWG turbocharge with a T25 housing and I need to cut the flange off the manifold because the turbo hits the power steering rack. This turbo was never meant to go on this elbow so I was expecting this, it will fit it just needs reworked a bit. Overall a great piece, I’m sure if you had a smaller turbo there would be no clearance issues at all.
