Our upgraded VR30 heat exchanger is a massive high-performance replacement unit engineered to dramatically improve charge air cooling efficiency for the VR30DDTT platform. Featuring over 2.5X the cooling volume, more than double the cooling surface area, and over three times the coolant capacity compared to the factory heat exchanger, this upgrade is designed to combat heat soak during back-to-back pulls, aggressive driving, and elevated boost levels.
By maintaining lower intake air temperatures, the system helps reduce ignition timing pull, improve turbocharger efficiency, and deliver more consistent power output when the factory cooling system becomes overwhelmed.
Constructed from 100% all-aluminum materials with a high-density fin core and reinforced end tanks, this heat exchanger is built to withstand extreme boost pressure and long-term abuse while maintaining maximum thermal efficiency.
