The ordering process was quick and clean. However, i paid for 2-3 day shipping and it took close to two weeks to recieve the package. Once arrived it was package decently and the product has been amazing ever since installation. Instructions might be useful instead of spending 15 minutes trying to figure out the orientation of the base plate to shifter. Other than that the product is a 10/10.
